Amanda Freeman

West Point Middle library media specialist Mrs. Amanda Freeman

This is my first year as the library media specialist. I have been the 8th grade English teacher the past 4 years. I received my Bachelor's in English from Athens State University in 2014. I received my Master's in Library Media from the University of West Alabama in 2016. I have always had a passion for reading, and I hope to encourage our students to do the same.

I have been married to my high-school sweetheart, Cole, for over a year. We will celebrate our anniversary in May. We do not have children yet, but we do have a basset hound named Todd. He is our baby right now, and he is spoiled rotten!
